Dan has over two decades of practical expertise in homebuilding, real estate, and private equity. His proficiency spans a wide spectrum of skills, including corporate strategy, operations, capital markets, back office operations, process optimization, technology, cyber security, and board governance. Notably, during a decade-long tenure as CFO at a top 25 homebuilding company amid a period of rapid expansion, he gained valuable insights into the distinct challenges that accompany a company's growth trajectory. Dan's dynamic skill set extends to his role as the president of HHS Residential, a company he initiated, focusing on the niche build-to-rent industry. A licensed CPA in Texas, Dan Miller's comprehensive expertise and hands-on experience reflect his commitment to driving strategic growth and operational efficiency within real estate and homebuilding.

Thomas has spent the last decade in the homebuilding industry scaling what is now one of the leading search firms that specializes in the space, FTS Inc., as sole Owner & CEO. Thomas brings deep existing relationships with over 80% of the Builder 200 list and has amassed a professional network amongst the most connected in the industry. Thomas has also facilitated several M&A transactions within homebuilding and is constantly looking for ways to add value to his relationships with builders across the country. FTS has made the Inc. 5000 list three years in a row and has been recognized several times for becoming one of the fastest growing privately held companies based in the Northeast. In addition to FTS, Thomas is Chairman of Blank Canvas Holdings, which owns several service-based businesses, venture capital investment arms, and an M&A advisory consulting firm. Thomas is also passionate about scaling the impact of The FTS Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit, dedicated to serving local communities in areas that need it most. Thomas lives in New York with his wife Mandy, dog Fredo, and soon-to-be daughter.
